Paulina Tenderowicz and Edward Pugh join Knight Frank
Knight Frank has strengthened its Valuation & Advisory practice in the UAE with two experienced practitioners: Paulina Tenderowicz and Edward Pugh.
Appointed a Senior Manager, Paulina Tenderowicz brings around a decade of real estate experience to the firm, the past 3,5 years of which based out of the Middle East. She joins from JLL, and previously served consulting giant PwC in her homeland Poland.
In the region, Tenderowicz has gained experience with valuations for a wide array of commercial properties such as retail, office, industrial assets, complex residential projects, as well as land and development projects. Her focus is on clients in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
A Senior Surveyer, Edward Pugh has been with Knight Frank for the past four years, now returning to the UAE office where he kicked off his career mid-2019. Pugh has commercial valuation experience across the industrial, office, retail, residential, and land segments.
