Knight Frank has welcomed Andrew Cleator to its Associate Partner ranks in the Middle East.
Operating out of the firm’s Dubai office, Andrew Cleator is a member of the Prime Residential practice, which helps high net worth individuals and investors with closing transactions in the prime residential sector.
Cleator brings over 17 years of expertise to his new role, all of which he gained in the real estate sector. “I am absolutely delighted to be joining Knight Frank. The firm’s presence in the ultra-prime residential sector on a global scale is truly remarkable.”
Most recently serving as Managing Director at Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty, Cleator steered notable transactions to success, such as the Ultra Prime Mansion on the Dubai Hills Street of Dreams (Hills Grove), a luxury penthouse at the W Residences (Palm Jumeirah), and multiple villas on Palm Jumeirah island.
Prior to his decade at Luxhabitat, Cleator worked at Ocean View Real Estate, latterly in the role of Senior Director for Sales.

According to recent research from Knight Frank’s Prime Residential practice, Dubai’s prime real estate markets anticipate a 5% growth in the upcoming year, particularly in key areas like The Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, and Jumeirah Bay Island. During the third quarter of 2023, average residential property prices rose by 5%, bringing the cumulative increase to 30% since the first quarter of 2020.
