Takamol takes collaboration with Boldare to next level
Digital product development consultancy Boldare has agreed a partnership with Takamol, just two weeks after Oliver Wyman forged a similar cooperation.
The collaboration between Germany-headquartered Boldare and Saudi Arabia’s Takamol will see the two organisations work together on the development of digital solutions and apps for Saudi Arabia’s labour market.
Having already worked together for close to a decade, Piotr Majchrzak, Co-CEO of Boldare, said the firm is delighted with the recognition the formalised collaboration now brings, as well as the opportunity to make more of an impact going forward – at a time of massive change in the Kingdom’s human capital landscape.
“Almost a decade-long cooperation with Takamol has not only resulted in dozens of products that have enriched Saudi Arabia’s digital economy but has also established a strong relationship between our companies, which we consider foundational to the success of these products,” Majchrzak said.
“The primary aim of this partnership is to shorten time to market and release cycles, and equally crucial, to spark innovation through enhanced collaboration with clients. The partnership is also intended to offer the regional market faster access to custom-built AI tools or AI-enabled products.”
Established in 2013, Takamol supports government, semi-government, and non-profit organisations with the conception and delivery of labour market and socio-economic development services and projects. The 500-person company also provides digital services and solutions for streamlining and automating processes, standards and regulations for quality management, and training for upskilling talent.
“Working with Boldare, we benefit from best-in-class product development and expert business consultancy, which will help us deliver our mission to catalyze the socio-economic transformation of Saudi Arabia through the release of human talent,” said Abdulrahman Alabdullatif, Vice President at Takamol.
Boldare was founded in 2004 by Piotr Majchrzak and Anna Zarudzka. The consulting firm has over 200 staff spread across offices in Amsterdam, Hamburg, New York, Cracow, Gliwice, Warsaw, and Wroclaw – with an inaugural Middle East presence in the makes.
Earlier this month, Takamol also inked a partnership with Oliver Wyman, focused on the joint delivery of behavioural insights advisory to government policy makers.
