Four Principles appoints Sam Brownrigg as HR director

Four Principles has promoted Sam Brownrigg to the role of Director for Human Resources.

Sam Brownrigg brings over two decades of experience in human resources to the role, spanning the entire landscape, with a particular focus on recruitment, organisational design, change management, strategic workforce planning, and human capita analytics.

In his new role, Brownrigg is responsible for the firm’s HR strategy – and its execution. Key objectives for the coming period include further enhancing the recruitment process, the employee experience, and employee value proposition. Brownrigg becomes a member of the senior leadership team.

Established in 2010, Four Principles is a leading consulting firm specialised in process transformation, lean ways of working, and digital transformation. The company has around 40 staff working across offices in Dubai and Riyadh.

Prior to joining Four Principles, Brownrigg worked at Accenture for seven-pus years, as a recruiter and member of several internal HR projects, including the design and implementation of an employee experience program, and a business partnering program. He has been based in the Middle East since 2008, previously serving WorleyParsons and Cobalt Recruitment.
