LOGIC Consulting wins top workplace and well-being award in KSA

The first Corporate Happiness Awards have been announced in a ceremony, celebrating Saudi achievements in workplace well-being, with LOGIC Consulting the sole consulting firm to bag an award on the night.

The ceremony in Riyadh awarded 19 honours to public and private organizations and leaders who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to promoting happiness and well-being within their workplaces.

Roni El-Haddad, CEO of Cosmos (the organizer behind the Corporate Happiness Awards), said that the awards shine a spotlight on Saudi companies and individuals who have surpassed expectations in creating environments that foster employee happiness, engagement, and personal growth.

Among the winners were Jahez, SAMI Advanced Electronics, Matarat, Flynas, Abdul Latif Jameel Enterprises, and a well-known brand from the consulting space: LOGIC Consulting.

Emerging on top in the ‘Excellent Culture and Work Environment’ category, LOGIC Consulting was recognized for fostering a positive workplace despite the typical challenges of working in management consulting, including operating in an intellectually demanding environment, having to navigate tight deadlines, and a travel agenda that sees consultants move between client premises and company home bases.

The award was based on the workplace culture fostered within LOGIC Consulting’s two offices in the Kingdom, in Riyadh and Jeddah, and beyond. Founded around 25 years ago, the award-winning consultancy also has locales in Cairo (headquarters) and Dubai.

Mostafa El Ghorab, KSA Country Manager and Senior Partner at the firm, said the recognition embodies the firm’s dedication to employee satisfaction, well-being and organizational excellence.

At the ceremony, El Ghorab and Abdelhalim received the award on behalf of the international consulting firm.

Awareness on the importance of well-being continues to grow globally and in the Kingdom, with all kinds of studies highlighting the link between employee well-being and factors such as happiness and engagement. Happy employees are also more productive and committed, meaning that employers reap the returns of their investments in people.

The next edition of the Corporate Happiness Awards event will be held in Dubai in November this year.
