Marielli Bou Harb rejoins Arthur D. Little as partner in Dubai
In its second partner hire this month, Arthur D. Little has appointed Marielli Bou Harb to its leadership team in the UAE.
Hot on the heels of Pallab Roy’s arrival in its Dubai office, Arthur D. Little has now also welcomed Marielli Bou Harb, who becomes a member of the Energy, Utilities & Resources practice.
Bou Harb has 14 years of industry and consulting experience, including a previous role at Arthur D. Little. He focuses on projects in the energy and oil & gas sectors, including renewable energy, working with national governments and international organizations.
“I’m very excited to be back at Arthur D. Little. What attracts me to the company is its focus on innovation, always looking to implement the latest thinking and methodologies in real world projects; and also, the people here, who are united by a spirit of both comradeship and entrepreneurialism,” said Bou Harb.
“However, what really motivated me to rejoin is the firm’s commitment to helping define a cleaner and greener energy sector in the MENA region – as such, I’m particularly looking forward to my role in its Climate Solutions team.”
Prior to rejoining Arthur D. Little, Bou Harb was a Senior Principal at Oliver Wyman from 2019, leading multiple high-profile energy and environment projects in the public and private space. Before his first stint at Arthur D. Little, he worked for Schlumberger Business Consulting (which was acquired by Accenture). He started his career in industry, first as an analyst at Energy Pool, then as an engineer at Petrofac.
Michael Kruse, Managing Partner and Global Practice Leader for Energy, Utilities & Resources at Arthur D. Little, said: “It is wonderful to welcome Marielli back into our family. He will be a great addition to our team in Dubai. Helping our clients find solutions to fight climate change is a central element of our Energy, Utilities & Resources practice’s purpose. We look forward to further strengthening our capabilities with Marielli's help.”
