Aon names Paul Zoghbi as leader of Human Capital Solutions

Global professional services firm Aon has named Paul Zoghbi as Head of its Human Capital Solutions business in the Middle East.

Based in Dubai, Paul Zoghbi joined Aon from food technology company Kitopi, a unicorn where he was chief of staff, having previously held the role of Kitopi regional managing director for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Kuwait.

Before Kitopi, Zoghbi held roles at McKinsey & Company, developing extensive management consulting experience across different industries. He latterly served as associate partner.

Earlier in his career, Zoghbi worked as a regional manager at Rapiscan and held commercial-focused roles at ERP giant Oracle.
