Knight Frank adds two senior members to consulting team
Knight Frank has appointed two new senior leaders in its Middle East consulting team, welcoming Clare Moukabaa as partner and Konstantinos Papadakis as associate partner.
Appointed as the Residential Consultancy lead within the Sales and Marketing team, Clare Moukabaa brings 19 years of real estate market experience to the firm, including deep sector experience in residential sales and marketing, as well as property and asset management.
Moukabaa has been working in the real estate industry since 2005, starting her career in the UK in residential sales and leasing. She moved to the Middle East in 2010 when she joined Siemens to manage a large portfolio of residential and commercial property.
Over the past decade, she worked at real estate consultancies JLL and Savills, focusing on the advisory side of real estate development. Among others, she advised well-known developers in the UAE, and served several PIF entities across Saudi Arabia.
Commenting on her appointment, Moukabaa said: “I am excited to bring my skills to the leading real estate consultancy in the Middle East. Knight Frank’s consulting and transactional teams serve as a benchmark for others in the region and I am looking forward to leveraging this to further grow Knight Frank’s rapidly expanding pool of clients.”
Konstantinos Papadakis meanwhile brings with him over 10 years of food & beverage industry and real estate market experience, having held key roles with Atlantis Resorts, Kerzner International and Jones Lang Lasalle.
He has a background in operational and real estate aspects of food & beverage, having helped create the food & beverage strategies of numerous PIF megaprojects across Saudi Arabia, created food hall strategies throughout the region and supported the repositioning of offerings in existing UAE malls.
At Knight Frank, Papadakis will lead the Food & Beverage consulting offering, which supports developers and operators in crafting food & beverage strategies and maximizing their profitability. “With a booming food and beverage scene, providing the right advice to clients to ensure not just the success of concept, but the longevity of their business models has never been more important.”
“Knight Frank is the most dynamic and forward-thinking real estate consultancy in the Middle East and I look forward to helping shape the services we will be able to offer clients.”
On the appointments, Harmen de Jong, Regional Partner and Head of Consulting for MENA, said: “We are very excited to have Clare and Konstantinos join our team. Their joining is especially important as we continue to expand our consulting business across the Middle East and incorporate new skills into our team to improve the depth of knowledge and services we are able to offer our clients.”
