Argon & Co boosts senior team with three new Managing Principals

Argon & Co has strengthened its senior team in the Middle East with the arrival of three new Managing Principals: Mike Spence, Ross Grant and Ildi Harasz.

Mike Spence has joined Argon & Co as the Managing Principal of the Data practice. He brings over 15 years of experience leading and delivering data governance and data management projects and business improvement initiatives across multiple sectors, including energy, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, construction and financial services.

A qualified lawyer by background, Spence has worked in various consulting, contract and in-house roles throughout his career. He has a broad depth of knowledge in both technical and non-technical areas of data, and places strong focus on the people and change management aspects of transformation to ensure that data improvements are embedding into new ways of working.

Ross Grant has over 18 years of experience in leading and delivering technology transformation programs in government and semi-government sectors. He specializes in business transformation, program management, product development, and team leadership, combining a technical and change mindset to drive programs forward.

Grant has been based in the Middle East for 11 years, working for a public sector entity, a global consulting firm and an experience agency. In his latest position, he led cross-functional teams and drove projects from conception to completion in the culture and tourism sectors. At Argon & Co, he has been appointed as the Managing Principal of the Program Delivery practice.

Ildi Haraszi’s track record includes spearheading large-scale digital transformations, focused on optimizing business operations, driving operational excellence, and implementing innovative solutions. She is an expert in the change management side of complex digital transformation, leading initiatives that foster engagement, instill enthusiasm, and build capabilities that ensure sustained change and thriving organizational cultures.

Throughout her 20+ year career, Haraszi has led and supported transformation and change programs across various industries, including technology, financial services, manufacturing, aviation, and retail. At Argon & Co, she leads the Change Management practice, serving clients across the GCC region.
