Every engagement here is partner-led. There is no layer of account managers between you and the person accountable for the outcome. Our partners have sat on the other side of thetable: they built consumer business lines and fintech products from zero and carried the targets afterwards. On your first project, one of them is in the room with you, reading the same data, in the same meeting
You stay until the impact shows
We work in four steps: diagnose, design, deliver, measure. The fourth is the one most firms skip. You set a baseline before the work starts and read the results against it when it ends. That means you find out which of your recommendations survived contact with a real organization, the single fastest way to get good at this job, and the thing afirm that leaves at handover cannot offer you.
Real scope, early
We're a small team that has delivered 30+ projects for 27+ clients across government, semi-government and private sectors. There is no bench to sit on and no queue to join. An analyst here owns analysis that a larger firm would divide across three people, which is hard erand is the point.
Your name is on the work
We publish our thinking every week, in Arabic and English, with named authors, and our frameworks go on the site for anyone to use, client or not. If you wrote it, you're credited. You'll leave here with a body of public work, not a folder of documents you can't show anyone.
