Boston Consulting Group promotes five to Managing Director & Partner in Morocco

Global strategy consulting firm Boston Consulting Group has promoted five members of its Casablanca office to Managing Director & Partner level.
Badr Choufari has been with Boston Consulting Group since 2012, working across the firm’s offices in Paris, São Paulo and since four years, Casablanca. An expert in social and economic development, Choufari advises government and infrastructure clients on topics such as strategy and social impact.
Nabil Mikou joined Boston Consulting Group ten years ago from Accenture and has since focused on large-scale strategic and technological transformations in Africa, Europe and South America. He is a member of BCG X, which is the firm’s technology and design consulting unit, where he focuses on helping clients incubate and scale disruptive solutions with high impact for businesses and society.
Abdelhakim Hamane is the leader of BCG Platinion in Morocco. After starting his career at Capgemini, he gained extensive experience in industry, including in leadership roles. He has been with Boston Consulting Group since 2022, focused on digital transformation and advanced IT architecture engagements at clients across sectors.
Emile Detry has more than 15 years of experience, including a decade in Morocco. He supports leaders in mining, metallurgy, chemistry, building materials and renewable energy in their growth, operational transformation and energy transition strategies in Morocco and Africa. Earlier in his career, he worked for French boutique consultancy Ykems and European player BearingPoint.
Younès Zrikem has been advising public and private decision-makers on major strategic issues, such as foreign investment, international trade and agricultural development, for over two decades. At Boston Consulting Group, he is head of its Public Sector practice in Morocco. Earlier, he was a partner at Roland Berger in its Casablanca office.
With this intake, Boston Consulting Group now has 13 Managing Directors & Partners, making it one of the largest strategy consultancies in the Moroccan market.

While Morocco is commonly grouped as part of the Middle East region, at Boston Consulting Group, the Casablanca office falls under the governance of the firm’s Africa division, which works closely with its other Francophone offices (mainly Paris). In Africa, Boston Consulting Group has nearly 600 employees across offices in Cairo, Casablanca, Johannesburg, Lagos and Nairobi.
