Maven Insights certifies as a top employer by Great Place to Work Institute

Middle Eastern management consulting firm Maven Insights has been certified as one of the top companies to work for in the region.
Following an independent certification process by Great Place to Work Institute, Maven Insights has officially landed the Great Place To Work certification for 2024/25 – meaning its employeeship practices and culture are among the crème de la crème in the Middle East.
Outside of the corporate landscape, Maven Insights joins just a handful of firms in the consulting industry that have attained this prestigious recognition.
“Achieving this milestone is a testament to the positive environment we’ve cultivated and the passion, dedication, and unique talents each team member brings to our workplace, making it a space where everyone can thrive. We couldn’t be prouder of this milestone and the incredible team that made it possible,” said Tan Ergen, partner at Maven Insights.
Notably, the certification process is based on the views of those that can judge employeeship best – the actual employees. Great Place to Work Institute polls staff within a company on aspects such as trust in leadership, job satisfaction, culture, and the overall work environment. Only companies that meet the highest standards achieve certification.
A review of the judging report shows that Maven Insights ticked most of the boxes for providing a great workplace to its employees across its offices in Dubai, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Ankara. This includes: providing challenging and meaningful work, nurturing an environment where everyone feels supported, empowered, and motivated to succeed, personal growth through learning & development, and a culture rooted in trust, collaboration, and shared success.
At the same time, the consulting firm carefully manages to safeguard the wellbeing of staff and maintain a diverse & inclusive workplace.
“At Maven Insights, we are unwavering in nurturing our most important asset: our people! Whatever we do, there are three things we never sacrifice: our company values, our culture, and the importance we place on employee experience. These are key elements that enable us to stand out as a unique organization in our industry,” said Ergen.
Committed to staying a great workplace
While Maven Insights may now have achieved the highest bar possible, Ergen emphasized the firm will by no means rest on its laurels. “Looking ahead, our dedication to fostering excellence remains steadfast. Whether it’s through introducing impactful initiatives, offering new opportunities, or celebrating achievements, we are determined to make our workplace a space where everyone feels inspired to thrive.”
“Together, we’ll continue to raise the bar, ensuring that every day offers an opportunity for growth, connection, and success.”
Other companies that have been named a top employer by Great Place to Work Institute include Cisco, Hilton, Capital Market Authority, Chalhoub Group, L’Oreal, Nissan, and Takamul.
