PAAwards 2026 opens applications as people analytics gains momentum

The People Analytics Awards (PAAwards), organized by Maven Insights, has officially opened applications for its third edition. Organizations from across the Gulf and MENA region are invited to showcase how they are leveraging people analytics to transform workforce strategies and drive business impact.

Since its launch, the PAAwards has steadily evolved into a regional benchmark for excellence in data-driven human capital practices, reflecting a broader shift in how organizations are using analytics to inform workforce planning, talent development, employee experience, and organizational performance.

As artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and predictive workforce models continue to reshape the world of work, people analytics has moved beyond a supporting HR function to become a core enabler of strategic decision-making. The awards reflect this evolution, highlighting organizations that are embedding analytics at the heart of how they manage and develop talent.

“As organizations navigate increasingly complex workforce challenges, People Analytics has become a critical capability for making informed, forward-looking decisions,” said Alper Kulak, Senior Partner at Maven Insights. “The PAAwards recognize organizations that are not only embracing analytics but are translating insights into meaningful business and workforce outcomes.”

The awards will be hosted at the PAForum 2026, the region’s leading platform for People Analytics, which convenes senior HR leaders, practitioners, and decision-makers to explore emerging trends shaping workforce transformation across both public and private sectors.

Momentum

The 2026 edition takes place against a backdrop of growing momentum and adoption for people analytics across the region, driven by growing investments in digital transformation, AI-enabled HR systems, and workforce planning capabilities.

This shift has expanded participation in the awards, with organizations increasingly seeking to benchmark their achievements against regional and global best practices.

“The organizations we have recognized over the past two years have demonstrated that people analytics is far more than a reporting function,” said Khalid Al Khudairi, Senior Partner at Maven Insights. “It is a strategic enabler that helps leaders anticipate workforce needs, improve decision-making, and create sustainable value. We look forward to discovering the next generation of success stories through this year’s awards.”

Eligibility and Evaluation

Applications are open to organizations operating across the Gulf and MENA region from both the public and private sectors, with entries required to meet the program’s eligibility criteria.

Submissions will be assessed by an independent panel of industry experts based on strategic readiness, data integration and analytical methods, business impact and value creation, innovative technology enablement, and ethical, legal, and inclusive practices.

Applications remain open until 15 August, with winners to be announced at PAForum 2026.
