Maven Insights joins Saudi Board of Directors Community at post-listing event
During a high-caliber event in March, Maven Insights and Mashoorah served as Hosts and Strategic Partners for the Saudi Board of Directors Community program.
Delivered in collaboration with The Financial Academy, the event titled ‘Boards post-listing: from IPO readiness to high-performing listed companies’ brought together board members, senior executives, and governance leaders for an evening dedicated to board leadership, influence, and governance excellence, informed by capital markets and investment perspectives.
Maven Insights was represented throughout the program by Khalid Alkhudairi, Mohamed Mosaad, and Fadi Mouzannar, who engaged in the dialogue with fellow board and governance leaders.
Agenda
The evening followed a structured agenda that balanced substance with connection, creating the right setting for thoughtful introductions and exchange. The core of the program then moved into a fireside chat format, enabling a direct, discussion-led experience.
The program’s highlights reflected the realities boards face in public markets. The conversation touched on board governance in public companies, crisis leadership and strategic decision-making, capital strategy and value creation, and investor relations and market communication.
The evening concluded with Suhoor and strategic networking, offering a space for board leaders and executives to continue the dialogue, build connections, and reflect on the themes in a setting designed for insightful exchange.
A fireside chat with Zyed Toumi
At the heart of the program was a leadership dialogue with Zyed Toumi, CEO at Ezdihar Partners Investment and advisor to CEOs and boards of directors. A seasoned investment banking executive, he brings deep experience across capital markets, credit analysis, commercial banking, and equity investments, and has advised leadership teams on complex financing and strategic initiatives.
During his fireside chat, Toumi shared his experiences around governance and decision-making at moments that test boards and engaged into discussions with participants.
