Maven Insights has announced the formalization of a strategic collaboration with Magna AI, enhancing its AI-driven transformation capabilities.
Magna AI delivers AI infrastructure, applications, and engineering offerings to clients across the region, with its services powered by next-generation technology from NVIDIA, Trend Micro and Wistron.
The agreement brings together Magna AI’s capabilities with Maven Insights’ strategic advisory, execution expertise, and deep regional market understanding. The collaboration focuses on the Saudi market and is designed to explore high-impact opportunities where artificial intelligence can move beyond conceptual adoption to deliver practical, measurable business value.
Signing ceremony
The deal was signed by Moataz BinAli, CEO of Magna AI, and Khalid AlKhudairi, Senior Partner at Maven Insights, at a ceremony that was attended by members from both teams.
Commenting on the partnership, AlKhudairi said: “At Maven Insights, we believe strong partnerships are built on combining strategic clarity with execution capability. This collaboration with Magna AI reflects our commitment to working with leading AI enablers to address real business challenges in a practical and scalable way.”

Through this collaboration, we believe there is a strong potential to jointly create meaningful outcomes across sectors.”
Focus on practical and measurable impact
The memorandum of understanding reflects a shared intention to identify concrete use cases, develop joint initiatives, and translate strategic dialogue into market-facing solutions that support organizations in navigating complex transformation agendas. The focus will be on enabling scalable outcomes that combine technology capability with executional excellence and contextual market insight.
The partnership is expected to progress into structured collaboration phases, with both parties exploring opportunities across industries where AI-driven transformation can support efficiency, innovation, and long-term value creation.

AI-driven transformation
As the collaboration moves forward, Maven Insights and Magna AI will focus on translating shared ambition into structured, high-impact initiatives that advance practical AI adoption across industries.
Earlier this year, NVIDIA admitted Magna AI into its Inception Program, enabling Magna AI to gain access to NVIDIA’s latest technologies including its GPU platforms, as well access to its software frameworks and developer platform.
