Accuracy strengthens senior team in Gulf with Basel Tachwali

International advisory firm Accuracy has strengthened its team in the Gulf with Basel Tachwali.

Basel Tachwali brings close to a decade of international experience in the construction sector to Accuracy, where he has been appointed a Senior Manager in the Project Advisory practice. This unit advises construction and infrastructure players on optimizing the delivery of their (giga) projects, transforming their business strategies and ways of working, and on achieving end-to-end project management excellence.

An architect by training, Tachwali has during his career contributed to the delivery of 30+ major projects for renowned Gulf clients, such as Red Sea Global, Qididiya, Wasl, Emaar and Meraas. He has worked for and with companies across the construction value chain, from developers and contractors to public sector organizations and investors, specializing in areas such as BIM, Design for Manufacture & Assembly (DfMA), 3D concrete printing and Industry 4.0.

Prior to joining Accuracy, Tachwali led the engineering function at DuPod, the Amana Group’s hybridmodular manufacturing arm, overseeing BIM and digital offerings that supported departmental expansion and year-on-year revenue growth.

He later served at Dubai Municipality’s Office of Quality & Excellence, driving the emirate’s initiative to regulate the use of 3D printing in construction, contributing to public–private partnerships, and bridging the gap between risk & governance and technology adoption in the construction sector.
