Accuracy adds Sulaiman Alareadh to Project Advisory & Disputes team

International advisory firm Accuracy has added Sulaiman Alareadh to its team senior team in Dubai.

Appointed as a quantum expert in the Project Advisory & Disputes team, Sulaiman Alareadh brings over 14 years of experience in the Middle East construction sector, including 11 years focused on commercial management, dispute resolution, and quantification of damages. His expertise spans quantity surveying, damages valuation, disruption and variation claims, and the preparation of cost and prolongation claims on major infrastructure and energy projects

Throughout his career, Alareadh has worked on large-scale developments in power, oil, utilities, and mixed-use complexes across the GCC. He has also gained experience in countries such as Turkey, Greece, India, and South Africa, equipping him with the expertise to work effectively in multicultural teams and deliver evidence-based advice to clients worldwide.

A Saudi national, Alareadh has testified before Dubai courts and supported international arbitrations and Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) proceedings.

Alareadh began his career as a site engineer on the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) project before moving into specialist quantum advisory roles. His time working with Saudi contractors gave him in-depth knowledge of tendering, procurement, contractual, and construction processes in Saudi Arabia. Over the past years, he worked for J.S. Held and HKA.

Accuracy is present in 14 countries in Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. The firm’s Dubai office was launched eight years ago.
