Arthur D. Little welcomes Kapil Chadda to its Financial Services practice

Global consulting firm Arthur D. Little has appointed Kapil Chadda as a partner in its Financial Services practice.

Based in the firm’s Dubai office, Kapil Chadda brings over 30 years of experience in banking, capital markets and consulting to his new role.

Before joining Arthur D. Little, Chadda ran his own boutique consulting practice, advising the Saudi National Bank board on M&A, integration, strategy, and business turnaround initiatives. Assignments have included acting as Transaction advisor and Chief Integration Officer for the $47 billion merger between NCB and Samba which led to the formation of SNB in 2021.

Before that he was a banker at HSBC for 15 years in the Middle East and 10 years at Bank of America in London. Over those periods, he led over $500 billion worth of capital markets, capital raising, and M&A transactions.

At HSBC, he was Vice Chairman of the Global Banking & Markets business covering Middle East, North Africa and Türkiye and, prior to that, he held senior roles at Bank of America, based in the Middle East, Turkey, the US and the UK.

At Arthur D. Little, which is the world’s oldest global management consulting firm, Chadda will support banking, insurance, sovereign wealth funds, government and infrastructure fund clients.
