Apex Advisory working on new outdoor advertising strategy in Bahrain

Bahrain has hired Apex Advisory to support the development and implementation of its new outdoor advertising strategy and masterplan for the Kingdom.

Bahrain’s small geographic footprint and dense urban population, combined with high smartphone and internet penetration, make outdoor advertising – especially digital screens and interactive signage – a highly effective way to engage audiences. Key high-impact locations in the Kingdom include Manama’s major roads, malls, and districts such as Seef, Gudaibiya, Bab Al Bahrain, financial hubs, and the airport.

The outdoor advertising market of Bahrain has grown notably over the past years, with traditional formats accounting for the largest part of the market, although the digital out-of-home segment is experiencing faster growth.

To ensure Bahrain’s outdoor advertising market evolves with the changing environment and demands, the Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture is developing a forward-looking strategy. That project is being supported by Apex Advisory, which has previously delivered similar projects across the GCC.

Once the strategy and masterplan have been developed and signed-off by top management, Apex Advisory will also take part in the implementation process.

Financial terms and conditions of the project have not been disclosed.

“This partnership is set to transform the outdoor advertising sector in Bahrain, aligning with national goals and objectives and reflecting the country’s commitment to digital transformation and smart city integration,” stated Apex Advisory.
