Executive program in London helps C-level executives lead in the AI era
In November, Maven Insights and The Financial Academy hosted a four-day executive program in London. Over 40 C-level executives participated in this fully sponsored program, gaining advanced insights into AI’s transformative impact on business and the strategic frameworks needed to drive organizational change in an AI-driven world.
Alper Kulak, Senior Partner at Maven Insights and a participant in the ‘Investing in AI and Digital Disruption: A New Era for Leadership’ program, said: “This program demonstrated that AI is transforming more than just technology. It is redefining how organizations allocate resources, make decisions, and collaborate.”
“True leadership in this era comes from understanding not only the tools, but also the human and strategic dynamics that enable teams to work smarter, more ethically, and with greater impact.”
Sessions on AI
The program combined interactive sessions, hands-on work, and expert-led discussions across several landmark locations in London. At Imperial College London, industry leaders and academics provided a foundation on AI and digital disruption, featuring sessions led by Dr. Islem Rekik (Associate Professor of Computing and Director of the BASIRA Lab), Professor Christopher Tucci (Vice Dean of Education and Interim at Imperial Business School), Niresh Rajah (Chief Data & AI Officer at the University of Oxford), and Erik Norland (Chief Economist).
Sessions focused on reasoning exercises that highlighted the role of innovation-focused cultures and the practical steps required to turn AI strategies into scalable operating models.
From an industry standpoint, a panel explored market shifts and emerging digital requirements, featuring Dr. Ibraheem Sheerah of Saudi Airlines, Gagan Arora of Maven Insights, Anastasiya Kizima of BridgingFi, as well as Tucci and Rajah.

A closer look inside Bloomberg
One of the program’s highlights was the visit to Bloomberg’s headquarters in London. The experience offered executives a first-hand view of how a global institution applies AI at scale, grounded in strong governance and technical discipline. Discussions highlighted how data quality, model transparency, and risk controls form the backbone of Bloomberg’s AI systems.
The visit illustrated how a mature approach to AI can balance innovation with responsibility, giving participants a concrete example of what advanced, future-ready operations look like in practice.

The next phase of AI
The program reinforced the evolving role of leadership in an era of digital disruption. Participants explored how AI will reshape industries, organizations, and talent over the coming decade, gaining the insights needed to lead with confidence and vision. At the end of the program, executives received official certifications from Imperial Executive Education and The Financial Academy.
Khalid AlKhudairi, Senior Partner at Maven Insights, stated, “This program gave leaders a clearer view of what it takes to guide their organizations through the next wave of AI adoption with confidence, responsibility, and focus.”

Founded in 2010, Maven Insights is a leading management consultancy firm with offices in Riyadh, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha and Ankara. The firm is this year celebrating its 15th anniversary.
