WTW brings the power of Gen AI to compensations & benefits with Rewards AI
The human capital arm of global professional services firm WTW has launched Rewards AI, a new Generative AI-enabled tool that helps HR teams with enhancing their decision-making around compensations & benefits.
Most organisations sit on a wealth of reward data – yet turning that data into meaningful insight is far from straightforward.

And when the data is finally brought together, translating it into strategic-level insights that truly inform leadership choices remains a complex challenge.
This is where Rewards AI comes in. “The tool has been designed to transform how HR and compensation professionals access, analyse and act on rewards data,” explains Michiel Klompen, global data science leader for Work & Rewards at WTW.
“Rewards AI represents a significant leap forward in how HR and compensation professionals can leverage complex data. Combining WTW’s data integrity with pioneering generative AI, the solution simplifies data analysis and empowers our clients to transform insights into actionable strategies with speed and confidence. This is a new way to deliver rewards intelligence, making it possible for all organisations to make informed decisions, quickly.”
To provide HR and compensation teams ease of use, Rewards AI features a conversational and intelligent interface similar to prompting in for example ChatGPT, allowing users to ask questions in natural language and receive instant, tailored answers. The tool also supports with analysis and action planning.
“In today’s dynamic market, the ability to quickly understand and respond to compensation trends is very important,” said Sambhav Rakyan, global leader of Rewards Data and Compensation Software at WTW. “Rewards AI moves beyond surface-level insights, offering a transparent and intuitive way to explore rewards data, uncover opportunities, and make decisions that are strategic and grounded in reliable information.”
