Hala Partners advises ROSHN on title partnership with LIV Golf Riyadh 2026
ROSHN, a major real estate developer in Saudi Arabia, has been announced as Title Partner of LIV Golf Riyadh 2026, with Hala Partners serving as commercial advisor to the million-dollar sports partnership.
The season‑opener for the 2026 LIV Golf League calendar, LIV Golf Riyadh 2026 is a professional golf tournament scheduled to take place from 4-7 February 2026 at Riyadh Golf Club in Saudi Arabia. The competition brings together world‑class professional golfers competing in both individual and team formats.
As the tournament’s Title Partner, ROSHN will be branded across the event’s full lifecycle, and the tournament will officially rebrand as the ROSHN LIV Golf Riyadh 2026. This includes the Fan Village being renamed to ROSHN Fan Village, and the continuation of the ROSHN Rising Stars program.
The sponsorship agreement is an extension of ROSHN’s 2025 involvement, which saw the group sponsor the LIV Golf events in Jeddah and Riyadh.
ROSHN Rising Stars is a youth development program designed to introduce young talents to the sport of golf while building confidence, discipline, and life skills. The program will offer 100 young golfers (aged between 8 to 15) with structured training, mentorship from professional coaches and LIV Golf players, and hands-on competitive experiences.

The sponsorship deal
The Title Partner deal with LIV Golf was advised on by Hala Partners. In its role as commercial partner, Hala Partners negotiated and structured the sponsorship agreement, ensuring terms aligned with ROSHN’s strategic objectives. The firm’s team also managed the transaction process, coordinating between ROSHN’s and LIV Golf to finalize the partnership successfully.

The LIV Golf tour
After Riyadh, the LIV Golf tour will continue with tournaments in Adelaide (Australia), Hong Kong (Greater China), Singapore (Singapore), Johannesburg (South Africa), and Mexico City (Mexico).
