TAM launches Mawrid – a generative AI solution that unlocks institutional knowledge
TAM has launched a new digital product that harnesses the power of generative artificial intelligence to unlock institutional knowledge.
Branded as Mawrid, the tool is designed to help people instantly retrieve information from across the different knowledge databases within their organisation, which they then can use to enrich information and support faster and more informed decision-making.
By bringing together documents, reports, policies and other knowledge assets into a single searchable layer, Mawrid removes one of the most persistent barriers to productivity in modern organisations – the difficulty of finding the right information at the right time.
The tool is built around a simple generative AI interface. Users interact with Mawrid through natural-language prompts, asking questions in the same way they would query a digital assistant. The platform then scans documents and knowledge repositories across multiple systems and applications, identifies relevant information, and provides users with instant access to the most relevant sources and insights.
For teams, this means the ability to access critical knowledge while carrying out their daily work, rather than spending valuable time searching through fragmented systems.
The launch comes at a time when many organisations are struggling to convert growing volumes of data into meaningful insights.
