Aon strengthens Talent Solutions team with Talal Bohsali and Jad Bou Saab
Aon has strengthened its Talent Solutions team in the Middle East with two senior hires: Talal Bohsali and Jad Bou Saab.
The Talent Solutions team of Aon, part of its human capital consulting business, helps organizations attract, retain, and develop talent through data-driven people strategies. Its services typically include workforce transformation, leadership assessment, employee rewards, talent analytics, succession planning, and organizational design.
Talal Bohsali has joined the practice as a partner, bringing over a decade of experience across the GCC to Aon. He crosses from Kearney, where he played a key role in building and growing the financial services practice and advised senior public and private sector leaders on strategic mandates. Earlier in his career, Bohsali spent around seven years at PwC.
At Aon, Bohsali will support the firm’s clients with a particular focus on people agendas at the intersection of financial services and the public sector.
Jad Bou Saab has joined Aon as associate partner. He has over a decade of regional and international experience, gained both in consulting (at Korn Ferry) and in industry. Most recently at Montfort, a global commodity trading and asset investment company, he was Head of HR and led the company’s end-to-end people operations across multiple countries. Earlier, he served as HR Business Partner at Petrofac.
During his time in consulting, he developed and delivered solutions for clients across the region in areas such as HR strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, job architecture, rewards, competency framework design, and learning and development. At Aon, he will focus on engagements in the public sector.
In the Middle East, Aon’s award-winning Talent Solutions practice is led by Paul Zoghbi, who also oversees the firm’s Talent and Data Advisory offering across the EMEA region.
