Hesham Rowaihy (Pure Consulting) shares his insights through Rushd program
Hesham Rowaihy, Founding and Managing Partner at Pure Consulting, participated as a guest speaker in the Rushd Program, organized by the Industrial Engineering and Systems Community (ISEC) under the Engineering Localization Association.
The session brought together aspiring professionals and students to explore the evolving consulting landscape, with Rowaihy sharing practical insights on building a successful career, preparing for the future of work, and navigating the rapid transformation of the consulting industry.
Rowaihy is Co-Founder of Pure Consulting, with over 23 years of experience spanning strategy, business transformation, human capital development, and entrepreneurship. He has built a distinguished track record as a trusted advisor to public and private sector clients on engagements covering strategy, operating model design, governance, organizational development, and execution management.
Earlier in his career, he served a Big Four consulting firm and at the Badir Technology Incubators Program, where he advised and mentored entrepreneurs on business modeling, market entry, and fundraising. He also worked at SEDCO and Procter & Gamble.
A key focus of the discussion was the growing impact of artificial intelligence on the consulting profession, highlighting the importance of continuous learning, adaptability, and developing future-ready capabilities to thrive in an increasingly technology-driven environment.
Developing Saudi talent
