Phi Management’s redesigned website showcases its integrated consulting services
Phi Management, a boutique leadership consultancy operating across the Middle East, the UK and Europe, has announced the launch of its redesigned website.
Established two decades ago, Phi Management specialises in leadership advisory and development, offering services in family succession, assessment, development centres, psychometric assessment, 360-degree feedback, executive and systemic team coaching, and organisational transformation. In the region, the firm ranks among the leading human capital consultancies.
The company’s new website provides a modern window into the firm, its background, leaders and team members, and services. The site also allows visitors to connect directly with Phi Management’s consultants, read published insights and articles, and register their interest in public programmes and academies.
“We’re delighted to have launched a new website,” said Micheline El Housseini Timbrell, managing partner of the firm. “The redesigned site introduces streamlined navigation and a sharper content structure, allowing visitors to quickly understand what we do, how our practices connect, and where value is created.”
Three integrated practices
The new platform showcases the firm’s consulting offering, delivered through its three integrated practices: Leadership Assessment, Leadership Development, and Organisational Transformation.
Leadership Assessment: The firm’s diagnostic practice combines psychometric tools, 360-degree multi-rater feedback, behavioural simulations, and assessment centres to evaluate leadership strengths, potential, and succession readiness.
Leadership Development: This practice encompasses strategy-aligned corporate academies, executive and systemic team coaching, and experiential learning programmes built around real organisational challenges, with an emphasis on behavioural change over theoretical learning.
Organisational Transformation: This practice covers enterprise-level work spanning organisational diagnostics, operating model refinement, governance structures, stakeholder engagement, and leadership behaviour alignment, treating transformation as an ongoing discipline rather than a single event.
“The simplified design of our website mirrors our own consulting method: diagnosis precedes design, and design precedes execution,” said El Housseini Timbrell. “Together, our three practices form a single model in which diagnostic insight informs capability building, which in turn drives sustainable organisational change.”
