Mindsets welcomes Jalal Kaaki to advisors network in Saudi Arabia
Mindsets, a Middle East-headquartered consulting group, has expanded its network of advisors with the appointment of Jalal Kaaki.
Based in Saudi Arabia, Kaaki brings extensive experience in corporate communications, stakeholder relations, and community responsibility programs, built through roles across the Kingdom’s public and private sectors.
Kaaki most recently served as Senior Director of Communications at Kidana, the organization responsible for developing and improving infrastructure across the Holy Sites in Makkah. This year, the Holy Sites hosted more than 1.7 million Hajj pilgrims during the annual pilgrimage, creating significant demand for infrastructure, accommodation, transportation, healthcare, and other services.
In his role, Kaaki was responsible for shaping Kidana’s communications strategy and positioning, both internally and externally. His remit included overseeing corporate communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement around the organization’s developments across the Holy Sites.
Earlier in his career, Kaaki held several senior communications and public relations roles at the Makkah Region Development Authority, following earlier experience in project management and delivery.
At Mindsets, Kaaki joins the firm’s network of advisors, where he will focus on supporting its work in the Saudi market. Mindsets has offices across the Middle East, Europe, and the US, with Saudi Arabia among its key markets, served through offices in Riyadh and Jeddah.
Mindsets advises and supports clients across a range of areas, including strategy and project management, performance improvement, venture building, market entry and go-to-market, investments, and data and AI.
“We are pleased and honored to welcome Jalal to the Mindsets family,” the firm said in a statement. “His understanding of how organizations in Saudi Arabia communicate, engage, and build trust adds real depth to what we can offer our clients. We look forward with confidence to a fruitful collaboration and the tangible impact and added value this partnership will bring to the organizations we are honored to serve.”
