Global strategy and management consultancy Arthur D. Little has promoted two Middle East based consultants to partner: Arjun Vir Singh (Dubai) and Ryan Alnesayan (Riyadh).

Arjun Vir Singh has been with Arthur D. Little since late 2020, when he joined the consulting firm as Head of Financial Services for the Middle East region. Just over a year down the line, he has now been admitted into the firm’s partnership

He has deep sectoral knowledge in financial services, having spent close to a decade at Al-Futtaim (as Executive Vice President for Cards & Payments) and Axa in its Life Insurance business.

Singh also spent close to ten years at PA Consulting, latterly as a director, and spent several years as a corporate entrepreneur – he has launched and managed a payment and fintech business for a large conglomerate across multiple markets in the Middle East and SEA region.

Singh specialises in digital banking, large scale transformation, fintech, and payments, and plays a leading role in the wider fintech start-up ecosystem across the Middle East (he is among others a board member at the MENA FinTech Association).

Ryan Alnesayan is a partner in Arthur D. Little’s Public Services practice in the Middle East, and the leader of the firm’s Riyadh office.

He has over 14 years of consulting and business advisory experience in strategic planning, economic development, and large-scale transformation projects, with a focus on Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, he served Big Four firm PwC for over two years, focused on assurance and business advisory services.

Ignacio Garcia Alves, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Arthur D. Little, said: “I would like to congratulate our new partners, who have worked hard and smart to become true entrepreneurs. Their promotion is richly deserved, and we are extremely grateful for the role they have played in the firm.”

Thomas Kuruvilla, Managing Partner of the Middle East region, added: “At Arthur D. Little we place tremendous value on our people. Arjun and Ryan have shown they are ready for the next step of their careers, and we are truly excited as they enter into their era of partnership.”

In the Middle East, Arthur D. Little – the world’s oldest management consultancy on record – operates with offices in Dubai, Riyadh, Bahrain and Beirut.
