Dinesh Khator joins tax specialist WTS Dhruva Consultants
After spending 18 years at Big Four firms, Dinesh Khator has joined specialist player WTS Dhruva Consultants as an Associate Partner.
Khator brings more than two decades of consulting experience across industries in the areas of corporate tax, international tax, foreign investment, exchange control, and corporate laws to WTS Dhruva Consultants.
Based in Dubai, Khator now leads the corporate tax practice of WTS Dhruva Consultants in the UAE and the wider Middle East region.
With around 45 staff operating from offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, WTS Dhruva Consultants is one of the larger consulting firms in the Middle East purely dedicated to tax advisory services. The firm is part of Dhruva Advisors (an India and Asia-focused firm with around 300 professionals) and a member of WTS, a global network of professional services firms with a presence in 100+ countries.

Khator most recently served Deloitte for five years, latterly as a director focused on Saudi Arabian tax and Zakat matters, compliance with regulatory requirements, and dispute resolution with tax authorities. Before that, he spent over a decade at PwC and had a stint at EY. Khator has been based in the Middle East since 2018.
