Global real estate consultancy and agent JLL has strengthened its team in Saudi Arabia with David Duke.

Appointed as Head of International Residential, Duke will focus on expanding the firm’s residential property business, which helps owners and tenants with buying, selling, and renting services, and supports investment groups and family offices with larger acquisitions and divestments.

“We believe in the growth opportunity in the Kingdom and the region and we’re looking to further expand our residential business,” said Will McKintosh, JLL’s Head of Residential & Investment on Duke’s appointment.

Duke brings over twenty years of experience working across residential property for some of the UK’s most established property agencies, including Marsh & Parsons, Strutt & Parker and Savills, specialising in investment and development within the residential segment. During this time, he has broken records for investor transactions and travelled extensively to market UK property across the world.

In the past three years, Duke setup a platform to sell property in the United Kingdom, while also acquiring property on behalf of international investors. “I am absolutely delighted to join JLL in Saudi Arabia in this truly exciting period,” he said about his appointment.

McKintosh: “David will focus on building our residential business, with a view to establish a team of people between Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Region. He will also focus on building JLL’s private office offering in the Kingdom.”

“David comes with an impressive curriculum vitae, having worked on extremely high-profile projects like One Hyde Park. Having been raised in Saudi Arabia, he has a good understanding of the country and region’s rich culture.”

In the Middle East and North Africa, JLL operates from its offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Khobar, Cairo, and Casablanca.
