Clarke Morton-Shepherd joins Project & Development Services team of JLL

JLL has appointed Clarke Morton-Shepherd as its new Head of Markets for Project & Development Services in the Saudi Arabia and Bahrain markets.

Clarke Morton-Shepherd will be responsible for expanding JLL’s footprint in both markets with a focus on Saudi Arabia, building on the company’s reputation for delivering project and development services. He will also oversee key client relationships and spearhead efforts focused on client excellence.

He brings 25 years of related experience to the role, spanning a wide range of disciplines, from project management and cost management to leadership in large-scale developments. Morton-Shepherd joins JLL from AECOM, where he spent thirteen years, most recently leading the Bahrain business. Before that, he spent eight years at Davis Langdon (a project management consultancy firm that was acquired by AECOM in 2010) and several years in land development scene.
