JLL named ‘Consultant of the Year’ at Construction Innovation Awards 2025
JLL has been recognised as Consultant of the Year at the Construction Innovation Awards 2025, with KEO International Consultants lauded as the runner-up.
Held at the Hilton Al Habtoor in Dubai, the Construction Innovation Awards 2025 celebrated individuals, organisations, and projects that are transforming the built environment through innovation, leadership, and impact. The annual event, which highlights excellence across the construction sector, honoured around 50 winners this year.
In the Consultant of the Year category, a total of nine firms were shortlisted, with JLL emerging as the overall winner. JLL is a real estate-focused professional services firm, with its consulting business helping its client make strategic, data-driven decisions about their property portfolios, workplaces, and built assets. The advisory business also supports with financial transactions and property valuations.
Commenting on the win, James Allan, the CEO of JLL in the Middle East and Africa, stated: “We are honoured to have been recognised as Consultant of the Year at Construction Innovation Awards 2025. This competitive category celebrates delivering outstanding value through smart design, strategic guidance, and technical excellence. It’s a great recognition of the excellent work and dedication of our team across JLL.”
Dubai-headquartered KEO International Consultants, which has 2,600 people across the Middle East and Europe, was handed the Highly Commended status. The firm meanwhile saw its subsidiaries GreenPort and Optima win two other categories focused on technology and innovation in the construction sector.

The other finalists for the Consultant of the Year award were AECOM, CSQ, Fugro, Omnium, AESG, PNC Architects, and Valcarce Architects.
In other categories, Versatile International Consultants was named the Project Management Company of The Year, while Laura Davies from CSQ took home the Project Manager of the Year accolade.
