Four Principles promotes seven team members to the next level

Award-winning operational excellence consultancy Four Principles has promoted seven team members to the next level.

In its annual mid-year promotion round, Four Principles recognises the efforts and achievements of its colleagues over the past period, with those that outgrow their rank rewarded with a step up.

Beneath the promotion to partner band (Mehdi Chelhi was appointed to partner in what is a company milestone for Four Principles), seven members of the roughly 40-strong team have been elevated to the next level.

Promoted to Senior Consultant:
Toufic El Merachli, Ahmed Said and Zeinab Shaaban

Promoted to Consultant:
Hrag Isaac Yanikian and Saifeldin Tolba

Promoted to Senior Digital Value Architect:
Abdalla Zaki

Promoted to HR Specialist:
Darcey Langstroth

Commenting on the appointments, company co-founder and managing partner Seif Shieshakly said: “Every promotion is thoroughly deserved. We congratulate and thank each of them, who on a daily basis contribute to the success of the company and the difference they make to our clients.”

As part of its performance review cycle, Four Principles also has a year-end promotion round. Hinting at another round of career milestones that can be expected, Shieshakly said, “We’re growing at a fast pace. It’s a very exciting time to be at Four Principles.
