Mohamed El Aouad returns to Four Principles as senior manager

Following a year at a large consulting group, Mohamed El Aouad has returned to home soil. At Four Principles, El Aouad has been appointed a Senior Manager.

Mohamed El Aouad has been working in management consulting for over a decade. He kicked off his consulting career at Wavestone (a European business consultancy) in France, after which he served GEP(a global procurement and supply chain consultancy) in London.

In 2016, El Aouad moved to the Middle East to join Four Principles as a Senior Consultant. During his five years at the firm, he grew the ranks to Project Manager, before exiting to explore life at Accenture.

Fast forward one year, and El Aouad is back at Four Principles, citing the firm’s unique culture and his new ambitious role as key reasons for his return.

Established inlises in lean and operational excellence services, backed by digital transformation. The award-winning firm operates across the GCC and has a team of roughly 40 staff.

In his new position of Senior Manager, El Aouad will play a leading role in the firm’s large-scale digital transformation projects with government and private sector clients, largely in Saudi Arabia.

His track record includes supporting various clients in the Middle East with transformations, operational excellence and process improvements using lean methodologies. He has experience with clients in the public (including ministries, governments, healthcare) and private sectors (including financial services and automotive).
