“We see lots of growth opportunities in the kingdom. Government and private sectors are looking out for growth and sustainability. These are all opportunities for Maven Insights to leverage and respond to clients’ needs, and to support them in achieving desired results,” said Khalid Alkhudairi, a freshly hired partner who leads the new Saudi venture.

“Over the years, we’ve gained a reputation as the go-to expert advisers when there’s an urgent need for commercial or cultural transformation. We have extensive experience working with and delivering value to organisations operating in the telecom, technology, government, banking, insurance, real estate, retail, services, chemicals, e-commerce and transportation sectors. We’re looking forward to bringing this experience to the Saudi market,” said Alper Kulak, founding partner at Maven Insights.

Leading the Saudi venture: Khalid Alkhudairi

Country lead Alkhudairi brings 17 years of experience across private and public sectors to the role.

He joins Maven Insights from Gulf Elite, a consultancy and executive search firm based in Riyadh, where he worked for thirteen years – latterly as a partner. Earlier in his career, he held high-ranking positions at various companies like National Center for Privatization, state-owned National Housing Company, Volkswagen, and Al Faisaliah Group.

Alkhudairi is a board and NRC member of various organisations in Saudi Arabia, and a serial angel investor in multiple tech start-ups in the MENA and Asia regions.

“I am happy and honoured that Khalid has joined our team. His exceptional reputation precedes him; over the years he’s proven himself through his keen entrepreneurial skills and presence in the start-up domain. He’s a strong leader with a deep understanding of and experience in dealing with people- and performance-related challenges in public and private entities,” said Kulak.

“Khalid’s joining Maven Insights is momentous and it asserts our intention of investing in our future in the Gulf market, particularly in Saudi Arabia, to fortify our client relationships.”
