Cavendish Maxwell makes senior promotions in UAE offices

Regional property consultancy Cavendish Maxwell has made four senior promotions across its UAE offices.

Jessica Taylor has been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer. She makes the step up from Director of Shared Services, where she managed the human resources, finance, operations, legal, and compliance functions. Taylor has been with Cavendish Maxwell since 2016.

In her new role, Taylor will play a pivotal part in driving the company’s strategic initiatives, streamlining operations, and fostering collaboration across departments.

Commenting on her promotion, Taylor said: “I am honoured and excited to take on this new role. Kamraan Khan and Siraj Ahmed have both been promoted to partner.

A member of the Project & Building Consultancy practice, Khan has over 15 years of experience across the construction and real estate sectors. He specialises in building surveying, project management, property management, and valuation, and works for major international and domestic clients.

“I am thrilled to step into the role of partner. I am committed to maintaining the high standards of Cavendish Maxwell and the surveying profession in the UAE.”

Ahmed meanwhile is a member of the Strategy & Consulting practice. He has a wealth of expertise in market research, real estate consulting, financial feasibilities, and strategic consulting across the GCC region. He has worked with property developers, investment funds, government entities, with a focus on sectors including residential, retail, hospitality, office, education, industrial, and entertainment.

Reflecting on his career milestone, Ahmed stated: “I am delighted to take on the role of partner. I look forward to leading the team and continuing to provide our clients with innovative and strategic solutions for their real estate projects.”

Zacky Sajjad has been promoted to director in the Business Development practice. With over 18 years of experience in construction and real estate development across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Australia, Sajjad has extensive expertise in driving business growth and fostering strong client relations.
