Leading homegrown consultancy Maven Insights has signalled its growth intent with the appointment of five senior professionals.
Operating from offices in Dubai and Riyadh, Maven Insights is an award-winning boutique management consulting firm specialized in developing capabilities for growing and retaining a loyal customer base.
The firm has extensive experience working with and delivering value to large organizations operating in telecom, technology, government, banking, insurance, real estate development, retail, services, chemicals, e-commerce and transportation sectors.
Strengthening its senior team, Özcan Kükner and Tan Ergen have been appointed partners, Berç Cubukciyan makes the step up to associate partner, while Omar Sakkal and Raja Farhat have been elevated to director level.
Özcan Kükner is a seasoned management consultant with 18 years of diverse experience across various industries. His expertise lies in commercial excellence, strategy design and execution, operating model development and implementation, as well as incentive model development and implementation. His track record spans 50+ high-profile projects, both in the private and public sectors, across the EMEA region.
Prior to joining Maven Insights, he held positions at Ernst & Young and Sony.

Tan Ergen is a partner with focus on Strategy & Operations. He has 26 years of diverse experience in management consulting and in several industries. His experience in consulting includes over 140 major projects in both private and public sector organizations across the region, with specific expertise in areas such as strategy, operational excellence, human resources, and digital transformation.
Ergen has been with Maven Insights since 2019, leading company strategy and internal operations.
Prior to joining the firm, he held positions at Azersun, Cegedim Healthcare and PwC, as well as independent board memberships in different organizations.

Berc Cubukciyan is a management consultant with 15 years of experience in the technology, banking, and management consulting industries. His work has helped shape commercial growth, business transformation, and commercial excellence offerings. Cubukciyan has supported multiple projects with private and public sector entities in the EMEA region, including private companies, state-owned entities, and investor-owned businesses.
Since joining Maven Insights, Cubukciyan has helped establish the firm as a trusted advisor in the domain of commercial strategy and excellence. He also leads the recently established Merger & Acquisition practice.
Before Maven Insights, Cubukciyan worked at Hewlett-Packard, Uni-Credit Bank, and GlaxoSmithKline.

Omar Sakkal and Raja Farhat both have over a dozen years of experience.
Sakkal is dedicated to process improvement, quality and performance management, and digital transformation initiatives. He has successfully delivered over 20 projects across various domains within the private sector.
His strategic foresight and extensive hands-on experience have enabled Maven Insights to grow its position in the market, and helped his clients navigate the complexities of their evolving business landscapes.
Farhat’s areas of expertise include strategy formulation, experience design and implementation, operating model development, organizational development, digital transformation, and performance management. He has worked in a variety of sectors, including private enterprises and governmental entities.
Farhat has gained pioneering experience with AI, among others working on its application across domains such as traffic safety, smart city, mobility, and security solutions.
Before joining Maven Insights, he worked at other consulting firms focused on organizational transformation.
