KPMG has brought its global ServiceNow alliance into Bahrain, adding to the growing list of countries where the companies collaborate.

US-headquartered ServiceNow is a provider of one of the leading technology platforms for process management, IT service management, operational excellence, and collaboration. The platform is used by thousands of organisations worldwide.

One of ServiceNow’s Global Elite partners for Consulting & Implementation (just a handful of companies sit in this highest partner band), KPMG specialises in the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow systems. Jamal Fakhro, Managing Partner of KPMG in Bahrain, said that bringing this expertise now into the Bahraini market will significantly expand its digital consulting capabilities.

“We are thrilled to collaborate with ServiceNow. This alliance reinforces our commitment to expand our capabilities to support clients in their digital journeys,” said Fakhro. “Together with ServiceNow, we are committed to delivering innovative digital solutions that drive meaningful impact and sustainable growth for businesses and leaders in Bahrain.”

Jeyapriya Partiban, Partner and Head of Advisory at KPMG in Bahrain, stated: “Our clients are increasingly seeking ways to automate and optimize their business processes. Our collaboration with ServiceNow expands our service offerings in terms of tailored solutions that not only meet clients’ current needs but also prepare them for future challenges. This alliance underscores our commitment to helping businesses in Bahrain achieve digital excellence.”

The local alliance will focus on several key domains, including finance, supply chain, procurement, human resources, and risk management, and seek to bring ServiceNow best practices in order to streamline processes, boost efficiency, enhance decision-making, and unlock new opportunities for growth.

“By integrating ServiceNow’s advanced technology with KPMG’s advisory expertise, we are uniquely positioned to help businesses enhance their operational efficiency, improve employee experiences, and ultimately achieve their strategic objectives. This alliance augments our technology and digital transformation offerings,” commented Manav Prakash, Partner in the Advisory practice.
