KPMG expands PREVA accounting service into Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Lebanon

Following the launch of PREVA in the United Arab Emirates and Oman, KPMG is now expanding the service to three new countries – Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Lebanon.
Designed to support business owners, founders, CEOs and leadership teams with establishing a robust accounting foundation, PREVA is an online solution that offers online accounting, reporting, payroll, and tax services all under one roof. The platform is provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), meaning users can easily onboard and use the platform for a monthly subscription fee.
According to KPMG, PREVA – which stands for Private Enterprise Virtual Accountant – is a gamechanger in the traditional accounting software space, for a number of reasons.
“Traditional accounting software often overlooks the needs of business owners, focusing instead on accountants and tax professionals,” kicked off Tariq Bzai, Partner at KPMG. “PREVA is designed to bridge this gap, providing CEOs, founders and leadership teams with an accounting foundation.”
Secondly, the service offers an all-in-one offering, covering software licensing, hardware, and accounting services. That means that users don’t just get to use the platform, but also are connected with a team of dedicated accountants and bookkeepers. These KPMG experts are available via phone, email, or the application. “This seamless integration ensures that clients receive timely and accurate financial information,” noted Bzai.
Additionally, PREVA brings together KPMG’s leadership in intelligent automation, including workflow automation and artificial intelligence at the fingertips of users. “By leveraging advanced technology and automation tools, PREVA ensures increased efficiency and accuracy in routine transaction processing, significantly reducing the need for manual intervention.”
Automation however is backed by built-in controls from experts. While processes including transaction review, month-end reconciliations and financial reports are automated, accountants perform the final checks. “This allows business owners to focus on strategic decision-making, knowing their financials are efficient and in expert hands.”
Finally, PREVA is designed to scale with growth. The service is available with flexible modules, each tailored to the specific needs of businesses at different stages of growth. And as business grow nationally or even internationally, there is always a KPMG team that can support their needs at a local level (KPMG has offices in 140+ countries around the world).
