Maven Insights appoints Berç Çubukciyan as partner

Maven Insights has announced the promotion of Berç Çubukciyan to partner, handing him a significant milestone in his tenth year with the regional management consultancy.

At Maven Insights, Çubukciyan has been instrumental in strengthening the firm’s reputation as a trusted advisor in commercial strategy. He specializes in commercial growth, business transformation, and commercial excellence, and has delivered a range of high-impact projects for both private and public sector clients, including state-owned and investor-owned entities across the EMEA region.

In addition to his contributions to the commercial strategy offering, Çubukciyan now leads the recently established Transportation & Logistics industry practice of Maven Insights, a move that aligned with the firm’s ambition to expand its offerings and deepen its impact in the market.

Prior to joining Maven Insights, Çubukciyan held positions at Hewlett-Packard, UniCredit Bank, and GlaxoSmithKline, where he gained diverse experience that continues to inform his advisory approach.
