Maven Insights has rapidly expanded its regional presence, more than doubling its geographic footprint in the Middle East with the launch of new offices in the UAE, Qatar, and Turkey.

Originally founded in Dubai, the firm ventured into the Saudi market three years ago, building a thriving hub in Riyadh. “Our success in Dubai and Riyadh has been driven by deep industry expertise, a data-driven consulting approach, and a commitment to delivering measurable results,” noted Tan Ergen, Strategy and Operations Partner at Maven Insights.

This approach has made waves in the industry, earning Maven Insights award-winning recognition for its contributions while driving the expansion of its client portfolio, including in new markets. To meet that growing demand, the consulting firm has now extended its presence to three new cities: Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Ankara.

“We’re excited to be establishing a presence in these markets,” said Ergen. “It allows us to better serve our existing international clients, serve a broader range of clients, and continue our mission of excellence across diverse industries.”

When asked about the firm’s objectives in these new markets, Ergen emphasized the goal of replicating the success booked in Dubai and Riyadh by offering expertise across its nine core domains: commercial growth, business transformation, people analytics, investments & deals, ESG and sustainability, commercial excellence, transportation & logistics, customer experience, and quality management.

“Our goal is to create real impact through strategic consulting, data-driven insights, and innovative solutions while adapting to the unique demands of each region,” he added.

The new markets

With a new base in Abu Dhabi, Maven Insights strengthens its presence in the UAE’s capital and economic powerhouse, which contributes nearly 60% of the country’s gross domestic product. “With over 100,000 businesses and a strong push for innovation, Abu Dhabi provides the perfect environment for us to introduce our expertise and contribute to its flourishing business ecosystem,” said Ergen.

In Doha, Maven Insights will focus on clients in in-demand sectors such as energy, logistics, government, and technology, while the move into Ankara will provide the firm with a foothold in the gateway between Europe and the Middle East, and one of the region’s largest markets.

“With strong growth in sectors like defense, technology, and finance, Ankara offers an ideal platform for us to further strengthen our global presence,” Ergen said. “As Turkey continues its integration with European and Asian markets, we aim to support businesses in capitalizing on emerging opportunities.”

Meanwhile, Maven Insights’ expansion into these three countries also brings exciting opportunities for professionals looking to build a career in the fast-paced consulting world. The firm was recently recognized as one of the top employers in the region, reinforcing its commitment to attracting and developing top talent.
