Phoenix Consulting appoints Daisy Abou Jaoude as Country Manager for Canada
Middle Eastern professional services firm Phoenix Consulting has appointed Daisy Abou Jaoude as its Country Manager for Canada.
Daisy Abou Jaoude returns to Phoenix Consulting after previously spending nearly four years with the company in Oman. During her tenure, she successfully led key client engagements, drove market expansion, and contributed to establishing Phoenix Consulting as a trusted advisor in the region.
Following her relocation to Montreal (Quebec), Daisy has now been appointed as Country Manager for Canada, with the remit to build out the firm’s presence in the market.
Founded in 2010 in Beirut, Phoenix Consulting spent its first decade expanding across the Middle East. A presence in Oman was launched in 2011, after which new hubs were opened in Dubai (2016), Egypt (2019) and Saudi Arabia (2022). Meanwhile, growing demand from its services outside the region saw Phoenix Consulting establish representative offices in Canada and in the United Kingdom.
“Our Canadian operation plays a central and strategic role in supporting both our North American and global clients,” said Founder and CEO, Zahi Mimassi.
“Daisy has been a driving force in our success in the Middle East, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership and professionalism. Her appointment as Country Manager for Canada aligns with our strategic growth objectives, and we are confident she will deliver significant value to our clients and the wider market.”
Phoenix Consulting provides a wide range of services across human capital advisory, leadership assessment, and organizational development. “Our mission is to be recognized by our clients as their trusted advisors in their human capital management challenges,” explained Mimassi.
In her new role, Daisy will lead Phoenix Consulting’s business development and client partnerships across North America, with a focus on strengthening the firm’s presence, building new client relationships, and ensuring the highest quality delivery of services to both public and private sector clients.
“I’m excited to be appointed to this new leadership role,” said Daisy Abou Jaoude. “Canada is a dynamic and evolving market, and I look forward to contributing to Phoenix Consulting’s continued success and supporting organizations in achieving their people and performance goals.”
Daisy Abou Jaoude holds a degree in Business Administration from Notre Dame University in Lebanon.
