Phoenix Consulting partners with Lobue to advance analytics-driven workforce planning
Phoenix Consulting has entered a strategic partnership with Lobue, a US-based advisory firm specializing in advanced workforce planning, organizational rightsizing, and operating model optimization.
Through the partnership, Phoenix Consulting will integrate Lobue’s proprietary digital workforce analytics platform and predictive modelling capabilities into its advisory offering. The collaboration strengthens its ability to advise and support clients across the GCC, wider MENA region and globally on organizational design and workforce-related matters.
