Phoenix Consulting launches new platform for the entire talent lifecycle: TAKYEEM
Phoenix Consulting has launched TAKYEEM, a new platform designed to support the entire talent lifecycle – from hiring and assessment through to employee development and succession planning – in one centralised environment.
The regional human capital consultancy firm said it developed TAKYEEM after years of working with organisations across the region highlighted several challenges in how talent is managed.
One of these is a fragmented technology landscape, with many organisations using one vendor for people selection, another for assessments and yet another for reporting. The result is often fragmented data, disconnected processes and unnecessary administrative effort.
But the challenge goes beyond technology. When the talent lifecycle is not managed in an integrated way, processes can become inconsistent, baselines can differ and, most importantly, employees may not experience a seamless journey across different stages of their careers. At a time when workplace experience matters more than ever, this can have a direct impact on how organisations attract, develop and retain talent.
“With TAKYEEM, we are bringing the full cycle together. The platform connects five critical talent functions in one place: Talent Selection, Employee Development, Promotion Readiness, High-Potential Identification, and Succession Planning. One platform, one data set, and one source of truth for talent decisions across the organization,” said Seniora El-Hage, Deputy CEO at Phoenix Consulting.
By bringing these functions together, TAKYEEM enables HR teams to make more consistent, data-driven decisions around employee development and long-term workforce planning, while providing a clearer view of talent across the organisation. “By connecting these processes and bringing data into one place, HR leaders can identify capability gaps earlier, better align development opportunities with business needs, and strengthen the pipeline for critical roles,” El-Hage added.
Cutting-edge insights
Powering the platform is a comprehensive range of assessment methodologies spanning personality, ability, technical and behavioural evaluation. TAKYEEM also integrates with global assessment providers including Hogan, Saville and Psytech. Real-time dashboards, AI-powered proctoring and automated, customisable reporting in both English and Arabic help organisations turn assessment data into clear, actionable insights.
The platform has been designed to support talent management at every level of an organisation, from individual contributors and middle management through to senior leadership and the C-suite.
One level up, it can be used by any type of organization, from startups and family businesses to multinational corporations across a range of industries. “The platform’s competency model and assessments can be configured around an organisation’s own competency framework, ensuring that results reflect its specific standards rather than a generic model.”
For CIOs and other leaders responsible for technology and data, El-Hage said security and privacy were built into the platform from the outset. “The platform is GDPR-compliant, with locally hostable infrastructure. Security and data protection are built into the foundation,” she said.
Unlocking talent
According to El-Hage, the new offering strengthens Phoenix Consulting’s broader mission to help organisations unlock the full potential of their people.
“With the addition of TAKYEEM, we’re bringing new-gen tooling, built on global best practices with deep regional expertise, to help organizations strengthen their teams, identify and develop future leaders, and build succession strategies designed for long-term impact.”
