Grant Thornton elevates Imad Adileh to Chief Growth Officer in KSA

Global accounting and consulting firm Grant Thornton has elevated Imad Adileh to Chief Growth Officer.

Effective immediately, Imad Adileh will in his new role spearhead growth, client engagement, advisory cross-service line expansion and go-to-market acceleration in the Saudi market. He is based in the firm’s Riyadh office.

He brings more than two decades of professional services experience to the role, specialising in assurance services and business consulting. His expertise covers areas such as including IFRS conversions, process improvements, financial management, data analysis, and SAP pre/post-implementation testing.

Throughout his career, Adileh has worked with clients in oil & gas, telecommunications, hospitality, energy, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals, including scale-ups, privately held businesses, listed companies, and multinationals. He has worked on projects across in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Jordan, and the US.

Adileh has been with Grant Thornton for a decade, stepping up from the role of Chief Operating Officer. Before Grant Thornton, he was the Managing Director at Adileh Group, specialising in commodity trade advisory. Prior to that, he served as the Group Director of Finance & Administration at AmCan International Group, overseeing financial strategy across the US and GCC. Earlier, he worked for Deloitte in the UAE and EY in Jordan.
