TAM appoints Eyad Ramlawi as Chief Investment & Financial Officer

Saudi digital solutions and management consultancy TAM has brought Eyad Ramlawi on board as Chief Investment & Financial Officer.

Appointed at the start of last month, Eyad Ramlawi has been tasked with leading and further professionalising TAM’s financial operations. Headquartered in Riyadh, TAM is a leading Saudi digital solutions and management consulting company serving institutions across the Kingdom’s public sector.

Ramlawi will also lead TAM’s financial reporting and corporate governance, as well financial relations with investors, with his arrival coming in sync with the firm’s listing on the Nomu parallel market. On 14 June, TAM completed its successful initial public offering (IPO) process.

During the public offering, TAM floated around 16% of its capital at a share price of SR130, with its market capitalisation currently worth over SAR 475 million (~$126 million). With the proceeds, the consultancy will grow its capabilities and lines of business, invest in new technologies, and attract new team members including high-profile experts.

Kicking off the high-profile hiring spree, Ramlawi brings 25-years of experience to TAM, gained both in consulting and industry.

Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of a family office, and before that he held multiple leadership roles at regional investment company Alturki Group, including those of Chief Investment Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Earlier, he was Chief Financial Officer at National Holding and spent close to a dozen years at Deloitte.
