BrazilMaven Insights expands partnership with Ludovic Tiberghien
Maven Insights has expanded its partner team by welcoming Ludovic Tiberghien, who returns to the region with over two decades of consulting and industry experience.
After kicking off his career at a Big Four firm in France, Ludovic Tiberghien first moved to the UAE in 2003, where he joined a boutique strategy and corporate finance advisory firm.
Fast forward two decades spanning several leadership roles at international consultancies and nine years at Chalhoub Group, Tiberghien is once again crossing from his native France to the region to join Maven Insights, a leading homegrown management consultancy with offices in Dubai and Riyadh.

Tiberghien’s career journey saw him hold (senior) roles at Deloitte, Dun & Bradstreet and Peppers & Rogers, among others. During his nine years at Chalhoub Group, he grew into the roles of Group Head of Strategy and Group Head of Investments, overseeing the company’s strategic roadmap and managing a portfolio of over 15 companies generating hundreds of millions in revenues.
Most recently, Tiberghien served as CFO at a luxury retailer, and led the developments of startups and scaleups as a leader and investor.
His skillset includes expertise in strategy and planning, commercial growth, business transformation, and investments, with deep experience in the retail, consumer goods, and luxury sectors.
“The journey of Ludovic is nothing short of remarkable, encompassing diverse roles in consulting, holding C-level positions in large organizations, and engaging in entrepreneurial ventures,” said Alkhudairi.
Tiberghien’s arrival continues a senior recruitment drive for Maven Insights, which last year announced ambitious growth plans in the GCC region.
