Takamol signs MOUs with Expert Vision Consulting and North Highland
Takamol Holding, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest government entities focused on the nation’s labour market, has signed new partnership agreements with two leading consultancies: Expert Vision Consulting and North Highland.
Announced during GITEX Global 2024 in Dubai, the agreements with the two consulting firms aim to enhance Takamol Holding’s suite of digital transformation services and solutions to Saudi public sector institutions. Founded in 2013, Takamol Holding serves KSA’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD), as well as other agencies that support the labor segments of the Kingdom’s public and private sectors.
The memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Expert Vision Consulting centres around collaboration in consulting services. “This partnership will combine both firms’ expertise to deliver new solutions using strategy, technology, and innovation across various sectors,” stated Takamol Holding in a release.
Based in Makkah, Expert Vision Consulting is a 100-person consulting firm specialized in digital transformation, smart cities, artificial intelligence, and crowd management. The firm has since its inception in 2014 worked with more than 60 government entities in different regions of the Kingdom.
The second consulting-focused MOU was with North Highland, which covers management and digital transformation services to clients in Saudi Arabia’s public sector.
US-headquartered North Highland is a consultancy with offices across four continents, with its Middle East team operating out of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Riyadh. The firm is a member of Cordence, a global alliance of management consultancies.
Meanwhile, Takamol Holding signed 14 other agreements with local, regional, and international companies at GITEX Global 2024, including banks, technology companies, outsourcing groups, and cloud providers.
Last year, Takamol Holding inked collaboration agreements with Boldare and Oliver Wyman.
