The 7th edition of the People Analytics Forum, held last week in Riyadh, brought together 100+ leaders from the public and private sectors to explore cutting-edge trends in workforce transformation and people analytics. A round-up of the event’s main highlights.

People Analytics Awards
A highlight of the event was the announcement of the winners of the People Analytics Awards (PAAwards), which celebrated excellence in people analytics within Saudi Arabia. The winners, selected after rigorous evaluation, were recognized for their groundbreaking contributions in advancing data-driven HR strategies.
Tabuk Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Company & Lucid Motors took home the ‘Best-in-Class People Analytics Practice Award’, while solutions by stc and Water Transmission and Technologies won the ‘Digital Transformation Excellence Award’. The ‘Business Impact Excellence Award’ went to the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) and Intigral, with AlSafi Danone & National Housing Company named the winner of the ‘Emerging People Analytics Practice Award’.
