Deloitte and Datamount partner to advance cybersecurity capabilities in Oman
Deloitte has signed a partnership agreement with Datamount, a provider of data center and enterprise cloud services in Oman.
The new Memorandum of Understanding will see the two companies extend and expand their existing collaboration, with Deloitte now becoming a joint partner of the Datamount’s managed security service offering.

By powering Datamount’s managed security services with Deloitte’s expertise, we are enabling stronger defenses for clients while supporting the national ambition to build a secure, innovative, and knowledge-based economy,” said Ahmed AlQassabi, Managing Partner of Deloitte in Oman.
Based in Muscat, Datamount offers hosting and storage services with security that meets the highest standards. The Omani company also provides virtual hosting and cloud services on several technology stacks.
“By combining Datamount’s established presence and infrastructure capabilities within Oman with Deloitte’s global and regional expertise in cybersecurity, this strategic collaboration will enable organizations across Oman to adopt advanced managed security services that are tailored to the evolving needs of the market,” said AlQassabi.
The executive highlighted that the move boosts Deloitte’s role as a trusted partner in supporting Oman’s ambitions under Oman Vision 2040 and reflects the firm’s broader regional strategy to strengthen digital trust and resilience across the Middle East. Last year, Deloitte was named one of the region’s top cybersecurity consulting providers.
